Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone who has successfully built and scaled a B2B revenue engine inside a business that is primarily B2C focused. You understand how to create process, accountability, and commercial momentum in an emerging B2B function without losing speed or ownership
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and or partnerships within hospitality, travel, relocation, real estate, or a related sector
- Proven track record of building and scaling a B2B business or function inside a primarily B2C led company
- Strong experience in outbound sales and in building pipeline from scratch
- Experience designing outreach sequences, follow up processes, and sales team operating cadences
- Experience building tracking, reporting, and performance management systems for B2B sales teams
- Strong understanding of relationship led, traditional B2B sales cycles where trust, in person engagement, and account development matter
- Proven ability to own and grow key accounts by acting as a senior commercial lead and trusted partner
- Hands on leadership style with a strong bias for execution, accountability, and field support
- Comfortable spending significant time in the field with clients and with the team
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and strong pipeline management discipline
What the job involves
- We are looking for a highly hands on Head of Sales & Partnerships to lead from the front, owning team performance while directly driving revenue and strategic partnerships
- This is not a purely strategic role.
You will be deeply involved in execution: coaching reps, joining client meetings, supporting the team in the field, and personally developing the company’s most important commercial relationships
- Our B2B sales motion is relationship driven and closer to a traditional sales cycle than a SaaS onboarding model. Success will come from being present in the market,
building trust with corporate partners, growing existing accounts, and increasing share of wallet through strong in person relationships and repeat business
- You will be expected to spend 30% to 40% of your time in the field with potential clients, existing partners, and members of your team
- Manage, coach, and develop the sales team on a day to day basis
- Set clear weekly and monthly targets across pipeline, activity, account growth, and revenue
- Run structured pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and performance check ins
- Hold the team accountable to both leading indicators and commercial outcomes
- Lead by example in outreach, follow ups, relationship building, and closing
- Build and implement the outreach sequence, follow up cadence, and sales operating rhythm for the B2B team
- Establish clear tracking across activity, pipeline health, conversion, account development, and revenue performance
- Put in place the structure, reporting, and operating discipline needed to scale a highly effective B2B sales team
- Develop a repeatable sales motion suited to a relationship led, traditional corporate sales cycle
- Own and close key accounts and high value deals end to end
- Maintain an individual pipeline alongside leadership responsibilities
- Step directly into deals to unblock, accelerate, and drive closure
- Support team members in client meetings and in the field when needed
- Ensure strong outbound discipline and consistent follow up across the team
- Spend 30% to 40% of time in the field with the team and with prospective or existing partners
- Act as the main point of contact for top corporate partners and strategic accounts
- Build trust based relationships with senior stakeholders and help grow our book of business with top clients
- Support the team directly on the ground, including meetings, relationship building, deal support, and account growth
- Drive account expansion and repeat business by staying close to clients and visible in market
- Build, own, and grow strategic partnerships with corporate clients, relocation agencies, travel partners, global housing providers, and relevant real estate or hospitality players
- Identify and unlock new partnership channels that can drive scalable and repeatable demand
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements with clear commercial outcomes
- Develop practical frameworks to activate, manage, and grow partners over time
- Ensure partnerships translate into measurable pipeline, revenue, and client retention
- Own the full funnel from lead to meeting to proposal to close
- Identify pipeline gaps quickly and take immediate corrective action
- Deliver predictable revenue through accurate forecasting, strong pipeline hygiene, and clear follow through
- Partner cross functionally on pricing, supply, and operational alignment where needed to unlock growth
