In this role you help translate client strategy into actionable operating models, structures and governance to drive measurable transformation. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders to align strategy with organization design, culture and processes across multinational contexts. You shape high-impact interventions and lead complex engagements that deliver lasting value for clients. This is a senior, research-driven position focused on origination, delivery and expert guidance in organizational strategy.

• Design and implement organizational health checks and diagnostics to diagnose issues and opportunities
• Link leadership, structure, talent and culture to enable change

• Develop comprehensive change management plans that enable adoption
• Lead transformation interventions using expertise in organizational design, analytics, process review, strategy implementation, change management and culture change

• Build and lead collaborative, development-focused teams that stretch and coach members to reach potential
• Facilitate discussions with leaders (up to Board level)

• Lead QA/peer review processes for transformation interventions

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree (or Doctorate) plus 7–10+ years of relevant consultancy or HR/OD experience in large, complex client contexts
• Significant experience delivering large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation in multinational settings
• Proven track record of change management leadership and managing project teams
• Past sales experience with winning new business and xqbhyrx growing existing accounts in transformation/strategy domains
• Strong business acumen advising senior executives across industries
• Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy development and organizational design; analytics experience is preferred
• Experience advising across countries/geographies on complex workstreams
• Industry exposure in Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, or Public Services
• Fluency with PowerPoint and Excel; experience with organizational analytics tools (OrgVue, Dynaplan) desirable
• Financial literacy and ability to manage value creation and profitability
• Proven ability to build client relationships and manage stakeholders at senior levels
