In this role you will act as the strategic financial partner to the Engagement Portfolio Director, shaping financial strategy across France, Czech Republic, Spain, Switzerland and Austria. You will oversee FPu0026amp;A, budgeting, and long-term planning for the Engagement cluster, while supporting acquisitions and integration to drive margin and performance. You will work closely with local finance teams and Group Finance to ensure compliant, timely reporting and robust financial governance. This is an opportunity to influence cross-country financial strategy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial software and hosting group.

• Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to the Portfolio Director
• Act as trusted business partner, challenging assumptions and driving commercial decision-making
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the Engagement cluster




• Analyze financial performance with local leads to identify trends and opportunities
• Drive operational efficiency and margin improvement initiatives
• Ensure month-end and year-end reporting with Group consolidation support
• Ensure compliance with group policies and local reporting standards
• Consolidation and reporting collaboration with Group Finance
• Support acquisition reviews, policy harmonisation, and xqbhyrx post-acquisition integration
Responsabilidades
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Significant business partnering experience in complex, multi-country environments
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Experience managing complex financial models and forecasts
• Proven track record with senior leadership teams
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency operations
