In this role you drive procurement transformation and tool adoption within a global, sustainability-minded organization. You will lead training, optimize procurement workflows, and ensure data integrity while supporting AXA Partners’ sustainability commitments. You’ll collaborate with regional and central teams to manage projects, align with COUPA/CLM ecosystems, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and compliance. This role offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and development in project management in an international context.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Deliver training to boost procurement tool usage (Contract System, COUPA) and align with transformation objectives
• Serve as the primary contact for local and central procurement teams on system issues and user support
• Monitor monthly tool usage, identify gaps, and report insights to stakeholders
• Act as Key Business User (KBU) for COUPA P2P in CLP and France, coordinating with Global Procure to Pay team
• Develop and deliver end-to-end procurement process training; maintain training content and SOPs; ensure SharePoint accessibility
• Lead data cleansing initiatives,
including user recertification, entity alignment and contract approval tracking
• Review and deactivate obsolete vendors in COUPA; streamline onboarding to reduce approval times
• Collaborate with contract owners to address data gaps for ROI submissions and compliance
• Support EcoVadis rating submissions and CO2 emissions planning; align vendor data with sustainability policies
• Assist in vendor classification for Du0026I spend and sustainability transition efforts
• Complete and apply project management training to procurement projects; maintain proactive cross-regional communication
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in procurement transformation, xqbhyrx process improvement, or supplier management
• Strong knowledge of Coupa and CLM; interest in AI initiatives to streamline processes
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Expertise in data management and cleansing
• Ability to collaborate across regions and functions
• Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder engagement
• Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish a plus
• Experience in a regulated environment
• End-to-end procurement knowledge in a global context
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
