In this role you ensure a constant, low-cost supply of equipment to CHEP customers across a regional perimeter, coordinating orders, fleets, and transport to meet on-time delivery targets. You work with cross-functional teams and external providers to optimize service levels and costs while supporting regional customers and incidents. The role offers global exposure within a sustainability-focused business model and a hybrid work setup. You will drive performance, customer satisfaction, and process improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Oversee order processing to ensure on-time deliveries and monitor logistics performance
• Manage dedicated fleets and transport routes, maintaining schedules and minimizing disruptions
• Serve as primary contact for customers, handling queries and urgent requests in real-time
• Support central teams in resolving logistics incidents with minimal service impact
• Track metrics on-time delivery, transport quality,



and customer satisfaction, addressing variances
• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and costs through internal and external collaboration
• Coordinate with customer service, sales, and supply chain to align logistics with business goals
• Daily management of order processing and route planning
• Local customer and third-party provider liaison to fulfill CHEP orders
• Short-term planning to resolve urgent issues
Responsabilidades
• Supply chain experience
• 1–3 years in a xqbhyrx SCM environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
• Knowledge of CHEP, BlueYonder, SAP, BlueJay, Excel is a plus
• Experience in an office environment with frequent customer/provider contact
• Experience handling urgent requests in a dynamic environment
• Experience in an international office setting is a plus
• Office 365 proficiency; SAP/Transport Management system knowledge desirable
