In this role, you will scale and optimize Google Search and Apple Ads campaigns across Glovo’s global markets to drive high-intent customer acquisition. You’ll own a growth-focused region, shape optimization playbooks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve media efficiency and conversion. You’ll be responsible for analyzing performance, testing iterations, and translating insights into stronger strategies. The opportunity centers on data-driven growth within a fast-paced, tech-enabled delivery business, offering ownership and impact at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• scale and optimize Google Search and Apple Ads campaigns across global markets
• improve paid media campaigns and increase conversions
• oversee media efficiency planning across multiple channels
• own a growth-focused region and write/optimise/scale campaign playbooks
• own KPIs, analyze results and adapt strategies




• lead A/B tests and data-driven pivots to improve campaign performance
• partner with Regional Marketing and Growth teams and leverage analytics/BI/Martech support
• inform roadmaps and turn technical infrastructure into business outcomes
Responsabilidades
• 3–5+ years in performance marketing, specifically Paid Search
• ability to scale campaigns, optimise funnels, maximise ROAS
• deep experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, scripts, automation workflows
• mastery of Excel and Looker (SQL a major plus) xqbhyrx
• stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• owning multiple projects and taking initiative
• willingness to work autonomously and deliver outcomes
