In this role you will help build Roche’s cardiometabolic strategy, shaping regional medical plans and partnering with KOLs to advance patient care. You will influence national decisions through local insights and lead medical education, portfolio discussions, and investigator initiatives. You’ll be a founding member of the new cardiometabolic chapter, scaling impact as the program grows and collaborates with cross-functional teams. This is a mission-driven opportunity to accelerate innovation in cardiometabolic medicine.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own design and execution of the regional Medical Plan (TMP), including evidence generation, medical education, and clinical trial support
• Monitor landscape, identify gaps, and generate insights to adapt strategy
• Profile KOLs and centers to uncover collaboration opportunities and translate data into strategy
• Act as scientific lead, representing Roche in portfolio discussions and answering scientific queries
• Identify local evidence generation opportunities and support IIS with Medical Managers
• Organize high-impact medical xqbhyrx education sessions and present data at major congresses
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Health Sciences
• Experience in field medical roles in the cardiometabolic space (Obesity/Diabetes experience is a key asset)
• High level of English proficiency
• Base: Barcelona
• MBA/Post-graduate degrees highly valued
