In this senior leadership role, you define and drive the Central Europe SMB solutions strategy across Joint Venture partnerships to enable sustainable growth. You will influence a complex partner ecosystem, aligning Global Payments, JV partners, and regional leadership with funded roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You’ll own governance, prioritisation, and cross-functional alignment to maximize portfolio impact. This role offers the chance to shape regional product vision and partner-driven execution in a integral payments environment. You will work with cross-border teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused SMB solutions.

• Navigate multi-entity dependencies and drive roadmap execution across regions and partners.
Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of product leadership experience in payments/fintech or related industries.
• Proven ability to influence in complex, matrixed environments without direct authority.
• Extensive governance, roadmap prioritisation, and portfolio management experience.
