As Manager, you will lead an international engineering team to design, implement, and deploy ML, vision, and Generative AI systems in production. You will set technical direction, manage cross-functional projects, and partner with stakeholders to integrate models into our products. This role combines leadership with hands-on data science and AI work in a fast, ethics-driven, inclusive environment. You will shape impactful solutions for top-tier clients using quantum-inspired technologies.

Responsabilidades

- Master's or Ph.D. in relevant field with 5+ years of industry experience
- 2+ years of successful project management leading engineering teams
- 3+ years hands-on experience with data science, Generative AI, deep learning, or software engineering in industry
- Proven design and deployment experience of ML/AI systems including RAG xugodme and Agentic AI in cloud production
- Experience with LLMs including fine-tuning, alignment, pruning, or compression techniques
- Excellent Python, Docker, and Git skills
- Experience with GitHub/GitLab workflows
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in Spanish and English
