COMPOSITE MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - SPAIN - PERMANENT

If you've ever walked into a composites workshop and thought, "I wouldn't have set this up like this," this role was made for you.

I'm working with a company specialising in composite engineering that develops projects for supercars, hypercars and other high-performance applications.

As part of its growth, they're building their own advanced composites workshop from scratch and are looking to bring in a Senior Composite Manufacturing Engineer .

You'll be involved in setting up the workshop, industrialising manufacturing processes, developing tooling and moulds, solving production challenges and driving continuous process improvement.

We're looking for someone with a solid background in composite manufacturing, tooling experience and a practical mindset. Someone who enjoys staying close to production and wants to leave their mark on how things are done.
