Provide technical customer support via phone and email.
• Handle Level 1–2 technical incidents and service-related queries.
• Register and follow up customer cases using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
• Escalate complex cases following internal procedures and quality standards.
• Support customers in a professional and solution-oriented way as a teleoperador/a specialist.




Permanent contract from day one.
• Full-time schedule (39h/week).
• Monday to Friday shifts between 9:00 and 19:00.
• Hybrid model:
- Remote work on Mondays and Fridays
• Paid training during working hours.
• Portuguese native or bilingual level.
• Advanced English and Spanish (C1 or higher).
• Interest in technical support and premium customer experience.
• Ability to work with digital tools and structured processes.
