Are you an experienced finance leader ready to shape treasury and working capital processes in an international environment? We are looking for a Integral Head of Treasury and Working Capital to lead key finance functions, drive process improvements, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

In this role, you will take ownership of treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash forecasting, working capital KPIs, banking relationships, and financial controls. You will lead and develop a team, partner with key internal and external stakeholders, and play an important role in strengthening financial performance, governance, and operational efficiency across a multi-site, multi-currency organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong treasury expertise, solid financial and commercial acumen, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What you will be doing

- Leading treasury, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
- Driving working capital performance through KPI reporting, collections targets, cash forecasting, and debt monitoring.
- Managing banking relationships, FX exposure, bond facilities, approval limits, and covenants.
- Developing and improving finance processes, policies, and internal controls.
- Supporting business decisions through high-quality reporting,



financial modelling, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Leading, developing, and strengthening the finance team through coaching, cross-training, and succession planning.

What we are looking for

- Extensive treasury experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Qualified accountant or equivalent strong finance background.
- Proven experience in working capital management, treasury, and team leadership.
- Strong financial modelling, commercial understanding, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing loans, covenants, cash forecasting, and multi-currency operations.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, banks, and external partners.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge, improve, and implement better ways of working.
