Role & Responsibilities

You will be part of our Billing Operations & Customer Support team in Barcelona.

On a day to day basis you will:

- Ensure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier
- Ensure past events are correctly invoiced to the client
- Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes




- Participate in the improvement of internal processes
- Provide effective and clear and answers to clients and suppliers

You are the idóneo candidate if:

- You are fluent in English and in French (50% of daily operations are in French)
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Business Administration
- You like numbers, you are very well organized and you pay attention to detail
- You are comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
- You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team
