You will be part of our Finance Operations based in Barcelona. On a day to day basis you will:

Make sure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier and are correctly invoiced to Clients

Provide clear answers to Clients/Suppliers when they have questions about invoices, purchase orders and payments.

Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes

Manage cancellations and event postponements

Participate in the improvement of internal processes

Recruit, onboard, and train junior team members Compensation & Benefits

Package : 30000€ to 40000€ depending on experience

You have 2+ years of experience in a Finance / Billing Operations role at a tech scale-up

You are fluent in English and in French (50% of Finance Operations are still in French)

You are comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)

You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team

You like numbers, you are very well organized and you pay attention to detail

You can demonstrate how you have used AI or automation to improve operations You are the perfect candidate
