Role & Responsibilities You will be part of our Finance Operations based in Barcelona.

On a day to day basis you will: Make sure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier and are correctly invoiced to Clients

Provide clear answers to Clients/Suppliers when they have questions about invoices, purchase orders and payments.

Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes

Manage cancellations and event postponements

Participate in the improvement of internal processes

30000€ to 40000€ depending on experience

Events that bring our team together You Are The Ideal Candidate If You have 2+ years of experience in a Finance / Billing Operations role at a tech scale-up

You are fluent in English and in French (50% of Finance Operations are still in French)

You are comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)

You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team

You like numbers, you are very well organized and you pay attention to detail
