Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Front Office Intern to join our Reception team.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of Barcelona's leading hotels, developing operational and customer service skills within an international hospitality environment.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Assist guests throughout the check-in and check-out process
- Welcome and provide information to hotel guests
- Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Support reservation management and room allocation procedures
- Answer calls and manage guest communications
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other operational departments
- Maintain accurate guest records and administrative documentation
- Learn and apply Hyatt service standards to ensure excellent guest satisfaction

What We Are Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Degree or Master's programme in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or a related field




- Internship agreement available through a university or educational institution
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Fluent English required
- Spanish and additional languages are highly valued
