Capitole Consulting keeps growing and we want to do it with you! We have an exciting opportunity to join an international team delivering business-critical solutions based on Microsoft's low-code ecosystem. We are looking for a proactive professional with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly understand business needs, propose improvements and take ownership from day one. RESPONSABILITIES: Design, develop and maintain business solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. Configure and optimize Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements. Support integrations with external systems through APIs and data synchronization processes. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Contribute to solution governance, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in technical discussions, sharing ideas and proposing improvements to existing solutions.

REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform. Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse. Experience designing, developing and supporting business-critical applications. Knowledge of integrations using REST APIs, JSON and external services. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis. Experience working in international environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly understand business processes.

NICE TO HAVE: Experience with Power BI, SQL, Azure or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of corporate governance,



compliance or internal control processes. Experience with solution architecture, ALM and Power Platform governance. Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certifications.

SOFT SKILLS: Highly proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to quickly onboard into new projects and technologies. Confidence to challenge existing approaches and propose new ideas. Strong ownership and accountability. Collaborative attitude and excellent stakeholder management skills.
