Key Responsibilities Sales Execution & Revenue Growth: Drive direct B2 B pipeline development, target corporate accounts, and close high-value hospitality and VIP experience packages. Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, setting daily KPIs, pipeline reviews, and deal-closing strategies. Key Account Strategy: Map out target corporates and agencies across Spain and Europe,
