Who we are Role Purpose:To support the management of the commercial relationship with 1-2 of Vodafone Business International’s (VBI) large strategic accounts with combined TCV up to €25M pa. Responsible for ensuring VBI is delivering on all of its contractual obligations on these accounts, and for delivering incremental value for these customers and for VBI.
About this Role Responsible for execution of all of VBI’s commercial contractual obligations over the life of the contract
Seen by customer and VBI leadership as trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
Facilitation/Co-ordination of commercial contract governance boards (as required)




Support the production of internal executive briefings on commercial performance of managed accounts and implement recommendations to grow value in accounts and differentiate VBI from competition.
Support senior stakeholders in case of potential or vigente escalation (management briefings, presentation, costs analysis, options / recommendations)
Collaborate with relevant counterparts in Sales, Legal, Solution, and OpCos’ organisations to maximise profitability of the managed accounts
