Shape and lead ERM's EMEA HR Business Partnering to enable ambitious growth. Collaborate with senior leaders across EMEA to translate business priorities into a unified people plan and deliver measurable HR outcomes. Guide and develop a diverse HRBP team and drive the HR transformation roadmap to modernise HR practices. Influence talent, culture and structure decisions to support sustainable growth in a purpose-led, global consultancy.
