As Head of HRBP, EMEA, you guide a regional team to shape and deliver a high-impact people agenda aligned with ERM’s growth and transformation. You partner with senior leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to translate business priorities into a forward-looking people plan. You drive HR strategy and transformation, influence talent and culture decisions, and lead remotely across geographies.

This role offers strategic influence and a meaningful platform to shape our regional people agenda.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead, coach and inspire the EMEA HR Business Partnering team to deliver a business-aligned people agenda
- Partner with senior leaders to prioritise and balance complex business needs
- Own and drive delivery of the regional HR strategy with clear outcomes and measurable impact




- Contribute to the HR transformation roadmap as part of modernising HR across EMEA
- Influence talent, capability, culture and structure decisions to support sustainable growth
- Act as HRBP for internal client groups, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Maintain credibility and influence at senior levels and across geographies
- Collaborate with regional and global HR to ensure consistent, future-focused people processes
