As Rebain continues to expand its international activities, we are strengthening our operational structure and looking for a Logistics Manager who will play a key role in developing and optimising our global supply chain.

About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to take ownership of Rebain’s logistics operations and lead the coordination of national and international shipments.

This role combines operational responsibility with continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will manage logistics activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, optimise supply chain processes, and ensure that shipments are executed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Working closely with commercial, finance, procurement, and management teams, the Logistics Manager will contribute directly to improving operational efficiency and supporting Rebain’s continued international growth.

Key Responsibilities Logistics Operations

- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the logistics team
- Plan, organise, and monitor national and international shipments




- Manage the complete logistics process from order confirmation to final delivery
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport companies, suppliers, warehouses, and customers
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively manage delays or operational issues
- Ensure correct preparation and management of transport documentation (BL, CMR, customs documents, certificates, etc.)

Supply Chain Management

- Optimise transport flows, routing, and logistics costs
- Monitor inventory movements and support efficient stock management
- Improve visibility across inbound and outbound supply chains
- Analyse logistics performance data and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency and scalability

Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Organise, motivate, and develop the logistics team
- Establish clear priorities and ensure operational follow-up
- Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, finance, and management teams
- Support the implementation and optimisation of ERP and logistics management systems

Compliance & Quality

- Ensure compliance with international transport regulations and company procedures
- Support safe handling and transportation requirements for chemical products
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail throughout logistics operations

Requirements





- Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain, or international transport operations
- Experience managing or coordinating a logistics team
- Strong knowledge of international import/export processes and transport documentation
- Experience working with freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouses, and external logistics partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across different departments and cultures
- Experience with ERP systems and digital process improvement initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
- Background in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, business administration, or related fields
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are highly valued
