We’re supporting a high-growth, international technology company in hiring a Transformation Lead to help drive execution across a major organisational transformation.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the centre of the business, working across multiple teams and helping translate strategy into action.

? What you’ll be doing

- Support and drive execution of strategic initiatives across the organisation
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across Operations, Customer, and Commercial teams
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Establish clear operating rhythms (meetings, reporting, tracking)
- Align stakeholders and ensure consistent communication across teams
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively remove blockers




- Contribute to improving processes and ways of working

✅ What we’re looking for
- 2–6 years’ experience in consulting, operations, PMO, or programme management
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Structured, analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Fluent Spanish and strong English communication
