In partnership with My Complete Workflow for Creating Images, Scripts, and Content with AI

Issue #__ | Read time: ~5 min Let me be honest with you.

For a long time, I was using AI tools the wrong way. I'd open ChatGPT, type something random, get a mediocre result, and then blame the tool. "AI isn't that good," I'd tell myself.

Then I built a system. And everything changed.

Today I'm walking you through my complete, end-to-end workflow for creating images, scripts, and written content using AI — the exact process I follow every single time.

No fluff. No theory. Just the presente steps.

AI help, without the trust tax.

Most AI tools ask you to trade your data for intelligence. Norton Neo doesn't. It's the first safe AI-native browser built by Norton, and it gives you powerful built-in AI without handing your privacy over to get it. Search, summarize, and write with AI built directly into your browser. Your data stays yours. Your context stays private.

Built-in VPN, anti-fingerprinting, and ad blocking come standard. No add-ons. No setup. No compromises.

Fast. Safe. Intelligent. That's Neo.

Step 1: Start With a Clear Brief (Most People Skip This)

Before I Open Any AI Tool, I Spend 5 Minutes Writing What I Call a Content Brief — a Simple Document That Answers

- What am I creating? (a YouTube script, a carousel post, a blog article, a product image?)
- Who is it for? (beginner, advanced, professional, casual reader?)
- What's the one thing I want them to feel or do after consuming it?

This brief becomes the foundation for every prompt I write. Without it, you're just guessing — and AI amplifies guesswork. ❝

? Pro Tip: Paste your brief directly into your first prompt. Something like: "I'm creating [X] for [audience]. The goal is [outcome]. Here's the context: [your notes]." Watch how much better your outputs get.

Step 2: Writing Scripts with AI (My Exact Prompt Stack)

Whether it's a YouTube video, a Reel, or a podcast outline — I use a 3-prompt stack to write scripts:

Prompt 1 — The Hook "Write 5 different hooks for a [video/post] about [topic]. The audience is [describe them]. Make each hook under 2 sentences. Focus on curiosity or a bold claim."

Prompt 2 — The Structure "Now create an outline for this script: [paste best hook]. Include an intro, 3 main points with examples, and a CTA. Keep it under [X] minutes when spoken."

Prompt 3 — The Full Draft "Turn this outline into a conversational script. Write it like I'm talking to a friend — no corporate language, no filler phrases like 'In today's video.' Start strong, end with a clear next step."

This stack works because each prompt builds on the last. You're not asking AI to do everything at once — you're leading it.

Step 3: Creating Images with AI (Without Looking Generic)

Most AI-generated images look… AI-generated. Here's how I avoid that.

I use Midjourney (or Leonardo AI for free options) with a specific prompt formula:

[Subject] + [Style/Mood] + [Lighting] + [Camera/Perspective] + [Quality tags]

Example "A focused creator working at a minimal desk setup, lo-fi aesthetic, warm golden hour lighting, shot from a slight overhead angle, cinematic quality, 4K detail" The difference-maker? Reference words. I always add a visual reference — a photographer's style, a film name, a design movement. This grounds the AI and kills the "generic" look.

My go-to quality tags: cinematic lighting, shot on Sony A7III, editorial photography, clean composition, natural shadows For thumbnails and branded visuals , I take the AI image into Canva and add text, brand colors, and overlays. AI gives me the base — I make it mine.

Step 4: Creating Written Content (Blogs, Newsletters, Captions)

Here's My Framework For Any Written Content

- Generate raw material first I ask AI to brainstorm — not write. "Give me 10 angles I could take on [topic]." I pick the best one.
- Write a messy first draft together I give AI my angle and say: "Write a rough first draft. Don't worry about perfection — I'll edit. Keep the tone [conversational/bold/informative]."
- Edit with AI as a second brain I paste my draft back and ask: "What's weak about this? Where does it get boring? Suggest 3 ways to make the opening hit harder."
- Final human pass I always read it out loud. If it sounds robotic — I rewrite that line myself. AI gives me the speed. I give it the soul.

Step 5: My Tools Stack (What I Actually Use)

Task

Tool

Scripts & Writing

ChatGPT (GPT-4o) or Claude

Image Generation

Midjourney / Leonardo AI

Image Editing

Canva / Adobe Firefly

Video Scripts

Claude (for longer format)

Repurposing Content

Opus Clip / Munch

Scheduling

Buffer / Beehiiv

I don't use every tool every day. I pick based on the task. Simplicity wins. 10x the context. Half the time.

Speak your prompts into ChatGPT or Claude and get detailed, paste-ready input that actually gives you useful output. Wispr Flow captures what you'd cut when typing. Free on Mac, Windows, and iPhone.

AI is not a content machine. It's a thinking partner. The creators getting the best results aren't the ones with the fanciest tools — they're the ones with the clearest thinking. Your prompts are a mirror of your clarity.

When I started treating AI like a junior collaborator — someone I brief, guide, and edit — my content quality jumped. And my time? Cut in half.

This Week's Action Step Pick ONE piece of content you need to create this week. Write a 5-sentence brief for it before you open any AI tool. See what happens.

If this was useful, forward it to one creator friend who's still winging it with AI. Until next time, Career OS
