The idóneo candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities

- Interpretation and application of employment legislation.

- Management of complex employee relations issues and workplace conflicts.

- Providing labour relations advice and guidance to managers.

- Negotiation and relationship management with Employee Representatives (Works Councils and Trade Unions).

- Management of disciplinary procedures.

- Handling dismissals, substantial changes to working conditions, employee mobility, and other employee relations matters.





- Strong knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and Spanish employment law.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Labour Relations and Human Resources, or a related discipline.

- 3-5 years of experience in HR or Labour Relations

- Experience advising business leaders from an HR Business Partner role, with a strong focus on Employee and Labour Relations.

- Upper-intermediate to advanced level of English, both written and spoken.

- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills

- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
