At Hays, we are partnering with a global leader in technological innovation and digital solutions that is looking to hire an HRIS Data Analyst to provide temporary support to the team during a long-term leave coverage period.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Manage and analyze HR data within the Workday environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
- Work with Workday Prism Analytics for data integration, transformation, and analysis.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of HR information.
- Collaborate with general teams to meet reporting and data analysis needs.
- Support the optimization of processes related to HRIS systems.
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze data using advanced Excel tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the Workday ecosystem.
- Provide backfill support for team members who are on, or will be on, extended leave.

What are the requirements?





- Approximately 3 years of experience in HRIS or Workday environments .
- Strong experience with Workday Prism Analytics (at least 1 year or involvement in several relevant projects).
- Experience in reporting and data analysis (minimum 2 years).
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel .
- Knowledge of Workday HCM (highly desirable, though not mandatory).
- C1 or native-level English , essential for working in an international environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
