JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support daily HR administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience
- Help prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and internal events
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary




- Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying relevant information
- Assist with compliance activities and ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable labor regulations
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Elegible to complete an internship agreement
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
