We are partnering with a leading industrial company to identify a high-calibre Senior FP&A; Analyst to join its finance team. This is a key role for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working close to the business, translating financial data into actionable insights, and supporting senior stakeholders in strategic decision-making.
The adecuado candidate will bring strong analytical capability, robust financial planning experience, and the confidence to act as a trusted partner across functions in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
The Role
Reporting into the finance leadership team, you will play a central role in financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis across business units. You will combine technical finance expertise with strong communication skills to provide clear recommendations and influence decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans across business units.
- Own monthly financial closing reviews and deliver insightful variance analysis against budget and forecast.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that support strategic decisions.
- Drive profitability and performance analysis by business unit, product, and region, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Build and enhance complex financial models for business cases, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
- Act as a finance business partner to commercial, operations, supply chain, and functional leaders.
- Promote financial governance and ensure the consistency, quality, and integrity of financial data across reporting systems.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, Corporate Finance, Financial Consulting, Audit, or similar analytical finance roles.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.
- Previous Big Four experience will be highly valued.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, financial statements, and accounting principles.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
