Integrated Systems Manager (ISO 9001 / 14001)
Cabrera de Mar, Barcelona Main Activities And Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC Packaging, or other applicable certifications);
- Ensure compliance with local legal regulations related to quality, safety, and environmental standards;
- Guarantee that processes and products meet the standards required by customers and certification bodies;
- Ensure full product traceability;
- Oversee production process control and compliance with technical specifications;
- Define, analyze, and monitor quality KPIs through data-driven reports;
- Lead internal and external audits (system, process, and product audits);
- Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, and internal issues;
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA);
- Conduct risk assessments and monitor improvement plans;
- Promote a quality-oriented mindset across all company areas;
- Drive training and development in standards and best practices;
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence.
We Are Looking For
- University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Technology, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Quality Department Manager in an industrial environment, with proven results in process improvement and performance enhancement;
- Solid experience in the comprehensive management of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, ISO 45001, or other reference standards);
- Proven track record of working in demanding, dynamic, and constantly changing environments, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement;
- Experience in audits, risk assessment,
and KPI management;
- Advanced level of English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an industrial sector with high regulatory standards;
- Additional training in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.);
- Experience in managing and leading teams of at least 5 people, promoting coordination, development, and a quality-driven culture.
