We are seeking a highly professional, analytical and business-oriented Integration Manager to lead change-management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration objectives, and pinpoint operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities to support the continued growth of the IVIRMA brand. The role will report directly to the Global Head of Integration and Synergies.
The position may be based in Valencia or Madrid.
What the role will be like Transition Management: Drive and implement change management strategies, ensuring seamless transitions and employee adaptation.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure alignment on integration goals, tracking progress and addressing challenges.
Synergies identification: Work across departments to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities from the merger.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement integration strategies to align multiple services, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing patient experiences across multiple locations. What are we looking for 2 - 4 years total experience with some combination of consulting + on the ground operations/integration experience.
The ability to act as a peer to senior management at various sites (peer also to physicians is a plus).
The ability to travel regularly.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry and multi-site clinics is a plus. What do we offer? Full-time position with flexible hours (flexibility in start and end times)
