As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an Interior Designer & Project Coordinator to join our Home Management department and take responsibility for protecting and developing this standard.

You will oversee interior design projects from initial concept through to installation and final delivery, coordinating suppliers, technicians and external specialists while ensuring quality, deadlines and budgets are closely managed.

It will also involve carrying out regular property inspections, inventory reviews and quality-control checks to ensure every Five2one home remains beautifully presented, fully equipped and consistently maintained for our owners.

YOUR ROLE

From understanding the requirements of each property and preparing the design proposal to coordinating suppliers, supervising installations and delivering the finished home to its owners, you will own the project from beginning to end.

Once a property has been delivered, you will also help ensure that it continues to meet the expected Five2one standards through regular quality control checks, inventory reviews and the coordination of replacements, repairs and improvements.

You will work closely with the Head of Home Management and coordinate a network of external professionals, including:

- Interior designers and specialist consultants
- Furniture and decoration suppliers
- Electricians and lighting technicians
- Wallpaper and painting professionals
- Furniture assembly teams
- Handymen and maintenance providers
- Cleaning and property service companies
- Other installation and repair specialists

THE MISSION Design & Planning

- Develop interior design concepts aligned with the Five2one brand and the characteristics of each property
- Prepare furniture layouts, mood boards, colour schemes and product selections
- Create detailed project plans, specifications and purchasing lists




- Ensure every home is attractive, practical, durable and suitable for shared ownership
- Recommend improvements to existing properties when standards, functionality or owner experience could be enhanced

Budget & Procurement

- Prepare and manage detailed project budgets
- Request, review and negotiate supplier quotations
- Source furniture, lighting, textiles, artwork and decorative items
- Track purchases, invoices, deliveries and outstanding costs
- Identify solutions that maintain the required quality without exceeding the approved budget
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, warranties, suppliers and replacement items

Project Coordination

- Build a clear timeline for each project and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate deliveries, installations and access to the property
- Brief and supervise external suppliers and technicians
- Resolve practical issues quickly during the execution phase
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of progress, decisions, costs and risks
- Ensure all work is properly completed before approving supplier delivery

Installation & Final Delivery

- Be present during key installation and styling stages
- Inspect completed work and identify defects, missing items or areas requiring correction
- Coordinate snagging, replacements and final adjustments
- Prepare each home for photography, owner visits and handover
- Ensure the property is fully completed, functional and ready before it is delivered to the owners

Property Standards & Quality Control

- Carry out regular quality control inspections across the Five2one property portfolio
- Review furniture, decoration, equipment and general presentation against the Five2one standard
- Complete and maintain detailed property inventories
- Identify missing, damaged or worn items and coordinate their repair or replacement




- Check that each home remains consistent with the approved design and expected level of quality
- Coordinate small improvement, maintenance and refurbishment projects
- Follow up with Home Management, cleaning teams and external suppliers to ensure identified issues are resolved
- Maintain clear records of inspections, actions, costs and completion dates
- Help ensure that properties are consistently ready for owners, guests, photography and viewings

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is creative, but also highly operational.

You may be a strong fit if you:

- Have professional experience in interior design, furniture projects, property styling or refurbishment coordination
- Have managed projects from initial concept through to installation
- Are confident working with budgets, suppliers and project timelines
- Have experience carrying out property inspections, inventory reviews or quality control checks
- Can manage several suppliers, properties and priorities at the same time
- Are comfortable taking ownership and solving problems independently
- Are willing to be regularly present at properties during inspections, installations and project delivery
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, owners and external professionals
- Are based on the Costa del Sol and can travel between properties when required
- Speaking professional English; Spanish or Danish is a plus.

You should be confident using:
- AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software for floor plans, furniture layouts and basic technical drawings
- SketchUp or similar 3D modelling software to develop and communicate design concepts
- Excel or Google Sheets for budgets, procurement tracking, supplier comparisons, inventories and project cost control
- Project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com or similar
- Design presentation tools such as Photoshop, InDesign or Canva
