The Position Job

Description IT Project Manager - RDT Pharma R&D; leads moderately complex deliveries, proactively identifies improvements, manages diverse stakeholders, and contributes to strategic implementation. In this role, you will independently define and control the scope of medium to large initiatives, utilizing effective facilitation and analytical skills to drive value delivery. Depending on the organization's needs, you may operate within role archetypes such as Project Manager, Service (Delivery) Manager, ITSM Process SME, Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach.

Scope / (Content Leadership): Independently defines, manages, and controls the scope of medium to large initiatives or significant workstreams with moderate complexity. Proactively identifies, analyzes, and mitigates scope-related risks, manages scope changes, and champions the adoption of scope management best practices within the Chapter Independently leads the analysis of moderate to complex delivery problems, driving root cause analysis and eliciting complex stakeholder needs.

Stakeholder Management: Demonstrates consistent performance with an impact that typically extends to a specific product, initiative, or cluster. Manages the delivery of complex features, services, or projects (e.g., a service transition, a product release, or an Agile Release Train (ART) increment). Selects and adapts delivery methodologies to optimize results, manages complex delivery processes, and utilizes advanced delivery tools and techniques to address business challenges and contribute to planning Roadmap & Feature Planning: Oversee and coordinate the roadmap of incoming requests (feature requests, bug fixes, and determining what the technical solution will look like)



Drive the completion of the product backlog across tools like Jira and ServiceNow, applying Agile development methodologies Cloud Infrastructure: Maintain strong awareness of Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCS etc) and technical constraints when scoping and designing application features Proven track record operating in a Delivery Management Roles (e.g., Project Manager, Service Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach) managing medium to large initiatives or significant workstreams Experience managing the delivery of complex features or projects (such as service transitions or ART increments) across functional areas Demonstrated experience translating requirements into strategic implementation plans and contributing to business planning and forecasting Strong analytical skills to drive root cause analysis and propose comprehensive improvement plans Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience: Direct exposure to Clinical Trial Data and familiarity with GXP standards.

Experience Clinical Imaging Data is a strong Plus Proficiency with backlog management, incident tracking, and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) Understanding of cloud-native application environments (specifically AWS Cloud) Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and act as a trusted advisor to diverse stakeholders Together, more than 100’000 employees across the globe are dedicated to advance science, ensuring everyone has access to healthcare today and for generations to come.
