What we are looking for At Netenders, we're seeking a Head of IT to lead our technology efforts, manage our internal IT team, and work with remote vendors to develop and maintain our e-commerce platforms. Define and execute a visionary e-commerce technology roadmap, collaborating closely with the leadership team to align IT goals with broader business objectives. Design, deploy, and manage high-performing technical infrastructure across e-commerce frontend, backend, and native apps.

Recruit, mentor, and oversee high-performing tech teams, with a specialized focus on Ruby on Rails and React. Define and analyze technical and operational KPIs for our e-commerce platforms, taking strategic actions to drive continuous performance improvements. Lead the development and launch of new platform features across teams,



ensuring code quality, strict project timelines, and budget alignment.

In-depth knowledge of e-commerce technologies, cloud architectures, content management systems (CMS), and databases. Proficiency in Ruby and Rails. Proven ability to manage complex projects, including the coordination of multidisciplinary teams working with diverse languages and platforms.

Experience in Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Google Shopping and Google Ads Experience with online analytics and advertising tools is advantageous.
