Integral Enterprise Partners is supporting a major fashion client in Madrid and looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital and omnichannel initiatives within a fast-paced international retail environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, you will play a key role in enhancing digital customer journeys and driving the evolution of the company's eCommerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities: Lead technology initiatives that improve customer engagement across digital and retail channels. Act as the key link between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring successful project execution. Drive planning, delivery, and adoption of business-critical digital solutions within a complex international environment.

Support the evolution of customer-facing platforms and connected business systems. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. Identify opportunities to improve processes,



increase efficiency, and leverage emerging technologies.

Provide visibility to stakeholders through effective reporting, risk management, and governance.

Requirements: Proven experience managing technology projects in digital, eCommerce, omnichannel, or customer-centric environments. Strong understanding of how digital platforms connect with broader business functions and customer journeys.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments and coordinating diverse stakeholder groups. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project execution. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Experience working with enterprise-scale digital platforms and third-party technology partners. Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence is beneficial.

English and Spanish required.
