We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Enterprise team, specializing in delivering integrations as a service across the organization. This role will be responsible for leading agile ceremonies, ensuring the team meets sprint commitments, and managing project metrics and status reporting. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in project management within an agile environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving teams to deliver high-quality results.

Agile/Scrum Leadership Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including sprint grooming/backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.

Project

Management & Reporting Track and report on project metrics, including velocity, burndown, and team capacity. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including action items, risk logs, and decision registers. Support resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal team performance.

Project Execution

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of integration projects. Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.





Stakeholder Management

Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communications. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project success. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). ~2 - 4 years of project management experience, in a scrum agile environment. ~ Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies and working with agile teams. ~ Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). ~ Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a must. ~ Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is a plus. ~ Experience with Amazon Web Services (Lambda, SQS queues, EventBridge) integration projects is a plus. ~ 25 days annual holiday and an additional day off for your birthday. ~ Private Medical and Dental Care. ~ Childcare Vouchers (Ticket Guarderia). ~ Relocation Assistance - a specialist to help you with all the appointments and paperwork. ~ Hybrid Work Environment - enjoy the flexibility of working from home and the energy of collaborating with peers in our dynamic offices. ~ Fresh fruit, snacks, selection of teas, fair trade organic coffee.
