International hotel chain selects a vacancy of JD In-house Marketing and Media employee in Gran Canaria with possibility of change of residence to our hotel destinations nationally and internationally. The jobholder is responsible for the professional and proper planning, organisation and implementation of in-house marketing and media functions in accordance with the TUI BLUE standards. Main areas of responsibility:

- Supervision and implementation of social media measures and activities for the respective TUI BLUE hotel (Facebook, Google+, Youtube, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) and social monitoring
- Development and active content creation for digital displays (BLUE app, digital info steles, TV Info channel)
- Writing and graphically enhancing online content and using image and video editing software
- Coordinating digital processing and enhancement of various department offerings in consultation with the General Manager or the BLUE Guide Manager
- In consultation with head office developing creative social media content taking into account the marketing and communication strategy
- Quality monitoring and individual processing of hotel review sites (e.g.



HolidayCheck TripAdvisor)
- Cooperation with the hotel headquarters through regular reports and active dissemination of information
- Timely support to guests with questions on the BLUE app (features, booking options etc.)
- Digital communication with the guests via email and WhatsApp in line with the policy
- Substitution function for the front office in answering general guest requests via email during peak check-in periods.
- Handling written correspondence in the hotel (e.g. welcome letter, birthday greetings etc.)
- Responsibility for CI compliant presentation of published content in the hotel
