- Proven experience or strong potential in technical areas such as Front-End, Back-End, Full Stack, System Administration, or Data Engineering.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Solid understanding of relevant technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, SQL/NoSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, flexibility, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
