招聘驻马德里营销实习生，参与欧洲区域 IoT 产品营销相关工作。岗位核心为活动执行与项目管理协助，同时辅助参与营销策划，提升 IoT 产品在欧洲市场品牌影响力与业务规模。

主要工作内容

1、活动执行与项目管理（核心工作）：全流程落地线上线下营销活动，统筹各类物料，整理活动复盘数据，对接内部部门与本地合作机构；全程跟进项目进度，定期同步进展。

2、营销策划（辅助工作）：参与撰写、优化 IoT 本地化推广方案。

3、市场调研：收集欧洲物联网行业趋势、竞品动态、用户需求，分析调研数据并输出洞察报告，为营销策略调整提供支撑。

4、跨团队对接：参与总部和本地团队的日常双语沟通和协调。

5、日常事务：统计营销数据、归档文件、物料管理，保障项目有序推进等日常事务。

任职要求

1、中文母语级别，商务英语听说读写流利，可独立完成双语业务沟通、文档处理。

2、工作细致，对数据、项目执行细节把控到位。可同时处理多项工作，合理规划进度，按期完成项目节点。

3、责任心强，主动发现并解决工作问题，执行力优秀。

4、对IoT、海外跨境营销感兴趣，能快速熟悉海外市场运营模式。

5、沟通协作能力良好，可高效对接各部门及本地外部合作方。

6、所在学校可以签署实习协议（convenio）

Job Overview

We are recruiting a Marketing Intern based in Madrid to participate in IoT product marketing-related work for the EU region. The core responsibilities of this role focus on event execution and assisting with project management,



along with supporting marketing planning to strengthen brand influence and expand business scale for IoT products in the European market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Execution & Project Management (Core): Deliver end-to-end online and offline marketing activities, coordinate various materials, compile post-event recap data, liaise with internal departments and local partner organizations, and track project progress throughout. Provide regular status updates.
2. Marketing Planning (Support): Assist in writing and optimizing IoT localized promotion proposals.
3. Market Research: Collect trends in the European IoT industry, monitor competitor activities, gather user needs, analyze research data, and produce insight reports to support adjustments to marketing strategies.
4. Cross-Team Coordination: Participate in daily bilingual communication and coordination between the headquarters team and local teams.
5. Administrative & Routine Tasks: Compile marketing data, file documents, manage marketing materials, and ensure projects run smoothly.

Requirements

1. Native-level Chinese Mandarin. Fluent in business English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Able to independently handle bilingual business communication and document processing.
2. Strong attention to detail, with solid control over data and project execution details. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, planning schedules reasonably, and completing project milestones on time.
3. Strong sense of responsibility; proactive in identifying and solving work issues; excellent execution ability.
4. Interested in IoT and overseas cross-border marketing, and able to quickly get familiar with overseas market operating models.
5. Good communication and collaboration skills; able to efficiently coordinate with both internal teams and local external partners.
6. The intern’s university can sign an internship agreement (convenio).
