Indie Campers is seeking a City Lead to manage the daily operations and performance of a city depot. You will stay hands-on (60–70%) while owning financial and operational outcomes, lead the local team, control costs, and drive fleet turnaround with a focus on customer satisfaction.
You will report to the District Manager and ensure cost-efficient, high-performing operations. English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus, and a valid B license is required.
