Mission

The mission of the Engineering Internship Persán Program is to provide young engineering talent with the opportunity to contribute to real projects , support cross‑functional teams , and develop professionally in a leading international company within the Home & Personal Care sector. The selected candidate will collaborate in technical, analytical, or project‑oriented tasks depending on the assigned department.

Main Responsibilities

- Support in departmental projects—collaborate in initiatives related to efficiency, quality, cost optimization, sustainability, or supplier management.
- Data analysis and reporting—gather, analyze,



and present information to support decision‑making across different teams.
- Process and workflow support—assist in mapping, documenting, and improving processes within the assigned area.
- Cross‑functional collaboration—work with engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, quality, or R&D; teams depending on the role.
- Documentation and technical support—prepare reports, specifications, presentations, or follow‑up documents.
- Project coordination—participate in meetings, track milestones, and support communication between stakeholders.
- Compliance and standards—ensure adherence to internal procedures, quality guidelines, and safety or sustainability standards relevant to the area.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any specialization).
- Intermediate–advanced English level, able to understand technical documentation and communicate in international contexts.
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in problem‑solving.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to different types of projects.
- Proactivity, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Basic proficiency in analysis and productivity tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
