Financial Accounting Intern (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

- Participate in the whole Accounting Cycle: management of invoices payables’ process
- Supporting the management of accounting entries and provisions
- Account reconciliation: banks, accounts receivable/accounts payable
- Support the Administrative-Finance team in the accounting activities
- Support the Financial Analysts and Business Controllers in their day-to-day work
- Organization of department documentation: physical and digital files.
- Creation and development of internal financial controls, evaluating their robustness, reasonableness and implementation.

Key Requirements

- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering with Financial acumen.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.




- Great knowledge of MS Office – specially Excel – is required. Programming and automation in Excel or other programming languages is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; German is a plus.
- A university agreement is mandatory.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas
