NEW BUILD PROPERTIES SL is a Danish-owned company that has built a team of 50+ professionals over the past 9 years across the Costa del Sol. We are expanding in Costa Blanca and Dubai, and we are seeking experienced German-speaking real estate agents to join our growing team in Costa Blanca.

Your Responsibilities





- Assist international buyers throughout the purchase process.
- Conduct virtual and in-person property tours.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Coordinate legal formalities with clients and legal partners.
- Stay informed on local market trends and new build developments.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (new build experience preferred).
- German-speaking real estate agent.
- Familiarity with the Costa Blanca region.
- Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Available to work from our office in Costa Blanca 2‑3 days per week.
