We build and scale mobile app brands used by millions of people worldwide, including EarnStar, TopSurveys, PrimeOpinion , and more. We're looking for Motion Designer to create compelling animations, engaging product experiences, and high-performing creative assets that help our brands stand out.

Responsibilities

- Produce animations, motion graphics and video creatives for user acquisition campaigns across multiple networks.
- Work with graphic designers, video editors, and marketers to develop engaging creative content.
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent motion design style across our brands.

What We're Looking For

- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Suite.




- Solid experience with Lottie, JSON, and web-based animations (HTML/CSS).
- Experience creating motion graphics and animations for advertising, mobile apps, or consumer-facing brands.
- Ability to animate UI elements, illustrations, icons, and product screens with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of core animation principles, pacing, composition, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design work across digital products, mobile apps, or marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

Bonus Points (What will make you stand out):

- 3D & Interactive: Experience with any 3D software (like Blender) or game engines (like Unity) is a huge plus.
- Vector Animation: Familiarity with Cavalry or Rive.
