We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

Provide 24x7 operational support for IPsec Gateways in the Telco Cloud environment.

Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve IPsec tunnel, routing, connectivity, packet drop, latency and security policy issues.

Execute planned changes with proper change management including validation, implementation accuracy, post-checks and rollback readiness.

Work closely with customer network, telco cloud, security and operations teams for incidents, escalations and service improvements.

Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, RCA inputs, configuration records and change evidence to meet customer governance and security standards. ? WHAT TOOLS WILL YOU USE?

Years' experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Telco Cloud operations, IPsec VPN Gateway support, Network Security, Routing & Switching, and Incident & Change Management within large-scale telecom environments.
