We’re looking for a Norwegian-speaking Technical Customer Support Advisor to join our team in sunny Malaga! ☀️

In this role, you’ll provide world-class customer service and technical support for a fast-growing start-up in the Norwegian market. Your main focus will be to help customers solve their issues and deliver excellent service via phone and email.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service and support, both individually and as part of a team

- Deliver high-quality solutions through clear communication and analytical troubleshooting, coordinating with customers and installers

- Handle confidential information with care and professionalism

- Maintain a high standard of service and quality in all interactions

- Manage inquiries via phone and email

- Proactively ensure all customer requests are handled efficiently

- Perform additional administrative or support-related tasks as needed

Your Qualifications

- Previous experience in communication and customer service

- Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting skills

- Comfortable working with computers and digital tools

- Good organizational and analytical abilities





- Problem-solving mindset and a genuine service-oriented attitude

- Team player who contributes to a positive and productive environment

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- You are already living in Spain and have the necessary documents to work here
