As a KYC Onboarding Analyst, you will perform CDD and EDD for corporate clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and clear client communication. You’ll manage a portfolio of onboarding cases in a fast-paced setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes. Your work enables secure onboarding and supports Ebury’s mission to help businesses operate and scale globally.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Perform comprehensive CDD and EDD checks for corporate clients (including funds, SPVs, and trusts)
- Identify complex ownership structures and transaction patterns to support risk-based decisions
- Communicate onboarding requirements clearly to clients and escalate safety concerns as needed
- Maintain and document client files in a structured, regulatory-compliant format
- Manage a personal portfolio of onboarding cases and drive timely completion




- Identify red flags and collaborate with Compliance and management for escalation
- Support ad-hoc projects within the department and wider business
- Validate checks performed by team members and contribute to process improvements

Responsabilidades

- Minimum 2 years of CDD/EDD experience with corporate clients
- Knowledge of financial crime typologies relevant to payments, FX and institutional spaces
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability xugodme to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional onboarding and client-facing roles
- Proactive, analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented and comfortable working with remote teams
