You will directly impact our department’s efficiency by transforming raw student data into verified academic records. Your work ensures that our international partners and student graduates navigate the complex 2026 Spanish legal landscape with ease. Key Responsibilities:
Systems Management: Optimize student records using gsBase and SharePoint, ensuring 100% data integrity for partner university registrations (UCAM).
Legal Liaison: Manage the end-to-end legalization process for diplomas and transcripts. This includes coordinating with the local Notary to ensure all documentation meets current Spanish regulatory standards.
Information Architecture: Log, digitize, and distribute critical partner documents, streamlining the information flow between our campus and international academic partners.
Credential Verification: Lead the preparation and verification of EU Diplomas and Certificates, maintaining the high standards of an elite business school. Your Profile
Currently enrolled in the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s or pursuing a Master’s degree.
Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Excel (data sorting, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration (SharePoint).
Exceptional attention to detail, basically you find the errors others miss.
Fluent in English (our primary corporate language). Knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset for Notary and local administration interactions.
The ability to pivot between high-focus verification and fast-paced operational projects. Our Benefits
