gafas.es is part of SuperVista Group, one of Europe’s leading optical companies. We combine digital customer acquisition with a network of local partner opticians and own stores, connecting online leads with measurable in-store sales. We are looking for a Paid Marketing Leader.

You will own the performance marketing strategy and customer acquisition activities for the Spanish market.

You will manage a significant marketing budget across multiple digital channels, with a clear focus on generating qualified leads, appointments and profitable customer growth.

What you’ll do

- Define and execute the performance marketing strategy for Spain.
- Manage budgets and campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads and other acquisition channels.
- Monitor and optimize key KPIs including CPL, cost per appointment, conversion rate and CAC.
- Analyze the full funnel from advertising click to lead, appointment and final sale.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.
- Identify growth opportunities and test new channels, technologies and AI tools.
- Collaborate with local and international Marketing, Sales, CRM, Analytics and other teams.
- Report performance, forecasts and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What you bring

- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition or growth.




- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Excel and reporting tools.
- Good understanding of lead generation, conversion and customer acquisition.
- Experience working with cross-functional or international teams.
- Native-level Spanish and professional fluency in English.
- A proactive, commercial and results-oriented mindset.

- Experience in retail, healthcare, e-commerce or online-to-offline businesses.
- Experience with CRM, affiliate marketing, offline advertising or marketing automation.
- German or Italian would be a plus.

- Competitive salary: €38,000–€43,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
