In this Product Manager role, you will own the Payroll and Rewards digital products within Givaudan's HR IT portfolio, shaping roadmaps and ensuring delivery that aligns with digital strategy. You will work with business and IT partners to translate needs into valuable solutions while maintaining quality and security. You will influence cross-functional teams and measure impact through defined metrics.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Market research and analysis to identify trends and user needs
- Define and maintain the product roadmap with business and IT partners
- Stakeholder management to translate requirements into viable solutions (functional and non-functional, including GDPR, security, architecture)




- Own the product backlog and ensure quality, tracking metrics for success
- Guide team alignment with product strategy and foster outcome-centric delivery
- Analyze assets and resources to optimize costs and mobilization
- Collaborate with Customer Success to define product performance metrics and value delivered

Responsabilidades

- 7+ years IT experience
- 3+ years as Product Manager with similar scope
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Deep xugodme knowledge of Payroll and Rewards processes
- Excellent functional and technical knowledge of SAP Payroll (ECP) and SuccessFactors
- Product management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Understanding of goals, market dynamics, and user needs
- Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
