MISSION

We are looking for an HR Industrial Responsible to support our Madrid and Toledo manufacturing plants. This role will act as the local People partner for managers and employees, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee relations support, people development initiatives, and a positive employee experience aligned with business and operational needs.The successful candidate will work closely with plant leadership, providing hands-on HR support in a dynamic industrial environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

FUNCTIONS

Talent Acquisition & Attraction

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for industrial and operational positions.

Source and attract talent across production, maintenance, quality, logistics, supply chain, engineering, and other manufacturing-related areas.

Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, and screening processes.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.

Build relationships with recruitment agencies, temporary employment providers, vocational training centers, and local talent sources.

Develop initiatives to improve attraction and retention of industrial talent.

Promote internal mobility and succession opportunities within the organization.

Employee & Labor Relations

Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees in day-to-day people matters.

Support the interpretation and application of labor legislation, collective agreements, and company policies.

Assist in hiring processes, contractual changes, employee terminations, disciplinary actions, and other labor-related matters.





Coordinate with external advisors, payroll and administration teams, and corporate HR functions.

Support interactions with employee representatives when required.

People Management & Business Support

Support plant managers in team management and employee-related matters.

Participate in onboarding programs for new employees.

Identify training, development, and organizational improvement needs.

Contribute to employee engagement, internal communication, and workplace wellbeing initiatives.

Monitor and support People KPIs such as recruitment, turnover, absenteeism, and other relevant metrics.

Continuous Improvement & HR Projects

Participate in corporate HR projects impacting plant operations.

Propose improvements in recruitment, onboarding, communication, and people management processes.

Promote a culture of collaboration, safety, respect, and employee engagement.

Foster effective communication and a strong sense of belonging across all employee groups.

Occasionally represent the local HR function in corporate and general People meetings.

DIMENSION - A(>10Y), B(5-10Y), C(2-5Y), D(0-2Y)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.





Additional training in labor relations, talent acquisition, or people management is a plus.

Experience

Previous experience in Human Resources roles, preferably in a generalist or business partnering capacity.

Solid knowledge of employee and labor relations within industrial, manufacturing, or production environments.

Experience recruiting for operational and industrial profiles.

Experience working closely with plant managers and operational teams.

Knowledge & Skills

Talent acquisition, competency-based interviewing, and candidate assessment.

HR systems and applicant tracking tools.

Spanish labor legislation and collective bargaining frameworks.

General HR management knowledge.

Payroll and personnel administration knowledge would be an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Languages

Native or fluent Spanish.

English is highly valued, particularly for collaboration with international and corporate teams.
